Terms of Service

Bookings reserve consulting and guided market orientation services. A booking is confirmed after successful payment through Stripe. Times may be adjusted when market access, safety, or supplier availability requires it.

Clients are responsible for accurate contact and project information. Cancellation and refund terms shown at checkout apply to each booking.

Services provide sourcing guidance and verification support; they do not guarantee supplier performance, regulatory approval, or product certification.
